Hypersensitivity to feedback is a human bias.

Companies have almost infinite problems to solve and opportunities to grow, but limited resources and time.

If we consume people's time for every user feedback we get, we don't get anywhere.

The first thing we need to know is to understand clearly what's is the problem (I have a method for this called Quick Discovery), then we need to understand the size and impact of that problem.

If its impact is smaller than those problems or opportunities we are already attacking right now, this new problem is nothing but a distraction. We can let it aside and focus on it when its impact is worth more than the other problems and opportunities.

If the impact is greater than those we're working on now, maybe (maybe!) we should stop what we're doing to solve that bigger one.

But everything should start with having a clear understanding of the problem and its impact.

We need to filter what is traction from what is a distraction.

Work smart. Keep growing 🚀
